Chris always has the time to talk things through, especially for some of the more complex things to understand, whilst also giving some advice when needed. I will not be looking elsewhere after a few nightmare situations using other firms. You will not regret using Singletons Austin Ryder.
View this review on GoogleUnfortunately, I cannot recommend based on my experience. Despite raising concerns with Danielle Wright, the same communication issues continued.
Calls were repeatedly routed through an overflow service, where I often spoke with Katie and was advised that messages would be passed on, yet I frequently received no response. I also had to send documents multiple times as they were apparently not being received.
Whilst Danielle was ok when we communicated, I ultimately decided to take my matter elsewhere and, perhaps unsurprisingly, did not receive any acknowledgement of my email advising of that.
View this review on GoogleI can't recommend Stephanie enough who helped me purchase my first house. She made what is known for being a typically stressful process, a stress free one. She was incredibly transparent about additional charges associated with a leasehold property, ensuring there were no surprises at the end. Her attention to detail was amazing and communication was great throughout. It was very rare that I had to follow up with her but the couple of times I did, I'd get an email within 5 minutes. From instruction to completion, it took exactly one day short of three months. Given the extra complexities of a leasehold sale, I am incredibly impressed with the speed and thoroughness of her work. I’d recommend this firm and specifically Stephanie to anyone.
