View this review on GoogleI contacted this firm regarding my wife’s case, and it turned out to be the worst experience we've ever had with legal representation. The lawyer advised my wife to accept all the accusations made by her employer without adequately defending her position. This poor advice has now put us at a serious disadvantage as we plan to take the matter to an employment tribunal — where her prior acceptance may be used against her.
Given the hefty fees we paid, I expected at least a fair and strategic approach, not something that could harm her case further. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend their services based on our experience.

Both are responsive, supportive, sympathetic and kind, and what's more, more than willing to draw on other expertise from within their firm to ensure I have the best chance of a favourable outcome. Can't recommend them highly enough, simple as that

My experience with SMB London was appalling. After several months, there was no evidence of any work actually being done. I was constantly fobbed off with excuses, while the expensive invoices poured in relentlessly. I was never provided with an estimate of costs; instead, I was given more excuses. Eventually, I was told it was my responsibility to repeatedly demand estimates.
The staff were rude and arrogant, ultimately proving themselves to be completely incompetent. Dismissing them became an ordeal in itself, and I felt as though I couldn’t get these people off my back. They were worse than useless, and when I finally rid myself of them, I was in a much worse position than when I first contacted them.
Since then, I have heard the most dreadful stories about this company. This is my honest and lived experience with SMB London. I would advise that you avoid them at all costs.
View this review on GoogleI have found their approach to be exceptionally poor and their business skills are incredibly outdated.
Documents that they repeatedly presented looked like something they had faxed over from the 90s and had no place in a modern business transaction.
In particular I have found their solicitor Jonathan Ebsworth to be an embarrassment.
Unfortunately from what I have seen poor quality is endemic in this business as both Maninder Gill and Razi Mireskandari have also been woeful.
The fact that the latter two are partners in this business, supposedly the crème de la crème of the organisation, tells you everything you need to know about this basic operation.
It is honestly a sorry state of affairs.
