I have dealt with Sills & Betteridge Lincoln with conveyancing 3 times now and been both on the selling and buying end, and have to say their knowledge, efficiency, attention to detail and effectiveness are second to none. Even when dealing with difference circumstances (eg. putting property into a trust), they surpassed 2 other reputable solicitors contacted for quotes in their understanding (and the only ones to actually give us correct information!)
Super quick to answer any emails, always same day (even out of hours) and always answer the phone and their wise advice has undoubtedly saved us a lot of money over the years.
Centrally located office with plenty of customer parking which is also appreciated.

My solicitor, Callum Ward, deserves particular recognition. I am extremely grateful for his support, dedication, and professionalism throughout my case. He not only provided excellent legal guidance but was also approachable and reassuring during what can be a very challenging time. It was a genuine pleasure working with him.

Such an incredible experience from start to finish, he explained every detail of the process, nothing was ever an issue and went above and beyond. He made everything as clear and straight forward as it could be and was never in the dark about any process.
