I had an excellent experience with Signature Law during the sale of my property. They handled the entire conveyance with exceptional care, professionalism, and efficiency from start to finish.
Both Sadid and Mia were incredibly helpful, responsive, and proactive throughout. They guided me through a particularly challenging conveyancing process and dealt expertly with a very difficult buyer’s solicitor, ensuring everything stayed on track with all their enquiries handled appropriately.
A special mention also goes to, Sunny and Sital, who have clearly built a fantastic team and a firm that genuinely puts its clients first.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for any future legal matters and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for knowledgeable, reliable, and dedicated solicitors. Thank you for the outstanding service!

I had already contacted numerous conveyancers/solicitors but didn’t feel confident with their services. Of all the conveyancers/solicitors I contacted, Signature Law were the only ones that didn’t sound desperate for my money and had a clear understanding of what my requirements were, as it was not straight forward. After speaking to Sunny (Partner) on the telephone, I felt almost confident they were the right choice. So I visited Signature Law’s office aswell before actually deciding to instruct them for their services. Cost was reasonable and definitely worth the money.
Sadid and Mia were both easy to contact and kept me informed throughout.
Thank you both for your consistency, support and firm stance when dealing with my case and the other party involved. You have been approachable, courteous and shown professionalism throughout.

Questions didn’t sit unanswered for long, and even when things got a bit tense toward completion, there was steady communication that helped keep everything moving in the right direction. It felt like they understood the pressure clients carry during legal and property transactions.

It was one of the trickiest moves the estate agents had dealt with in years but due to Sadid and Mia, we were able to exchange and complete in time. They followed up everything with care and attention, were always very polite and helpful and very responsive. If you want a sale to go through well, in a timely manner and a sensible cost, please ask for Sadid and Mia.
