We had a really positive experience with Shepherd Harris & Co. Solicitors while purchasing our first flat.
Aadya, our solicitor, was incredibly kind, friendly, professional, and patient. As first-time buyers, we naturally had many questions, and she was always happy to take the time to explain everything clearly and guide us through the process.
We particularly appreciated her attention to detail and how thoroughly she looked after our interests. She went above and beyond to check all the small details that we, as first-time buyers, would never have known to look out for. It gave us great peace of mind knowing that we were in such capable and trustworthy hands.
The process got started immediately after we first contacted the office, and we had regular, almost weekly communication with Aadya throughout the entire process. She was always responsive, reassuring, and kept us informed every step of the way.
We would also like to thank Florinda, who was the first person we spoke to before we were assigned to Aadya, for being so helpful and welcoming from the very beginning.

In particular, the receptionist whose telephone manners was always so polite and respectful and a pleasure to speak to., The legal team which included Alisa, Florinda and Donovan Worrell were all brilliant and very professional. I was particularly impressed with the personal touch from Mr. Worrell who came to introduce himself to me on the day I attended their office for a meeting with Alisa and to sign all the relevant documents for the completion of the sale of my property. I felt honoured and pleased that Mr Worrell had taken the time to come and introduce himself, as we had spoken on the telephone in Alisa's brief absence.
I could not have asked for a better service from Shepherd Harris (Enfield) and would not hesitate to recommend them.
The whole process of my property sale went smoothly, professionally and stress free and I am delighted that I chose this company.

I think it is a daunting prospect for some but with expert advice, professionalism and kindness ,all our requests were dealt with understanding and respect.
