3rd was using The worse solicitors I’ve ever had to deal with. Amrita was dealing with the purchase of my property and she struggled to reply. It was a straight forward sale with no complications. The only complication was her incompetence. Constant delays delays delays.

Something I needed desperately and they don't do, is identity verification, this is ID1, ID2, ID3 or ID4 Land Registry forms. Pretty silly that they don't do it as they are the only solicitors in this area and these forms are needed for conveyancing services. I ended using V Martin Estate Solutions Ltd, which are a much smaller firm and now resides in Harold Hill at the Saint George's Church.
The only other time I used Sanders' services was for an affidavit, a few years ago, and that was OK.
