We had the pleasure of working with this legal team during the sale of our home, and we can wholeheartedly recommend their services. The entire process was handled quickly, efficiently, and completely stress-free. Throughout the transaction, we felt fully supported and well taken care of, with clear communication at every stage.
It was a truly excellent cooperation with Caroline and Lynn, and we are very grateful for their professionalism and dedication.
View this review on GoogleI had an excellent experience working with Julie Pringle on my property purchase. She was efficient, friendly, and clearly highly experienced in conveyancing. As a first‑time buyer, I had many questions, and Julie responded promptly with honest, knowledgeable guidance that gave me real confidence throughout the process. I felt fully supported and in very capable hands. I would not hesitate to recommend her.
View this review on GoogleWe received a Letter of Claim from this firm, acting on behalf of a freeholder, alleging serious breaches of our lease and threatening legal action.
The letter contained numerous errors, including an incorrect address and the misidentification of the parties involved. It also relied on photographs and evidence relating to an entirely different property. Despite these significant inaccuracies, it threatened forfeiture of our lease and demanded the immediate payment of several hundred pounds to cover legal fees incurred.
We strongly and successfully disputed the allegations and were seriously concerned by the quality and accuracy of the evidence relied upon.
Considerable time and expense were required to respond to matters that, in our view, should have been properly investigated before formal allegations of this nature were made. While we recognise that solicitors act on their clients’ instructions, we would have expected greater care and due diligence before such serious claims were advanced.
Based on our experience, we were disappointed with the firm’s handling of the matter.
View this review on GoogleVery disappointing experience with Sampson Coward. I received an aggressive legal letter containing serious allegations and threats that were clearly meant for someone else.
It was evident that little to no due diligence had been carried out before issuing such correspondence. Being on the receiving end of this kind of mistake caused unnecessary stress and raised serious concerns about their processes and professionalism.
Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to think twice before instructing this firm.

Apparently that is fast, which surprises us, but Denise kept us informed and Maxime concluded the proceedings efficiently.
Fees were as quoted and seemed very reasonable.
I would recommend to my friends
