I did face a shortfall in funds at one stage (bridging and third-party fees), but the team was understanding and supportive, helping ensure the purchase still completed. This made a big difference as it meant I didn’t lose the property or the non-refundable costs already paid.
Everything was handled smoothly, and I’ve now successfully completed and collected the keys. I’d highly recommend their services.

The process had a few complexities along the way, but the team handled the matter professionally and stayed on top of things through to completion. One thing I particularly appreciated was how thorough they were during the legal checks. They identified outstanding costs related to the property that hadn’t been properly accounted for, and supported me in addressing these with the seller. This ultimately led to a fair adjustment to the purchase price, and I felt they were very much acting in my best interests.
In the final stages especially, they were proactive, responsive, and helped push everything over the line efficiently within tight timelines. Communication was clear when it mattered most, and I felt supported in understanding the key steps and decisions throughout the process.
In terms of timeliness, while there were some delays during the transaction (as is often the case in property purchases), the team worked hard to keep things moving and to meet key deadlines.
Overall, I found the service good value for money given the complexity involved, and I would be happy to work with them again in the future.
