We have just completed on a house purchase using Rowlinsons Solicitors and we were very impressed with the excellent bespoke service. The solicitor was so focused and dedicated in the support she offered us and she was extremely professional in everything she did. Her organisational skills and communication skills were excellent.

We were kept fully informed throughout the entire process and Rowlinsons were always very quick to respond to any queries we had. Their attention to detail is exceptional and their positive can-do attitude and friendly approach made us feel very happy. We would definitely use Rowlinsons services again. Their vision and values statement: "On your side. By your side" proved to be very true for us. From day one right up to completion their customer service was exceptional.

  First class service

Me and my partner recently used Rowlinsons when buying our first house. They were fantastic at every step along the way. With us being first time buyers, they were very patient and help explain everything to us.

We personally dealt with Minnie through the process. She kept us informed along the way and was constantly on hand to deal with an questions and issues we had.

We will definitely be using Rowlinsons in the future and we will be recommending them to everyone.

I found the whole Rowlinsons team friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and supportive at every stage of professional journey. Team of Nicola and Saran made my property dealing very simple and swift.

Nicola was thoughtful, understanding and thorough, where Saran took every opportunity to explain the process and kept me up to date all the way through.

I have already delighted to use Rowlinsons service couple of time and would always make them my first choice. Overall, I would rate my experience as second to none.

I used Rowlinsons Solicitors for conveyancing in the purchase of my new home. In summary they were brilliant! My solicitor Jennifer Horton always made herself available and responded to my never ending lists of often naive questions. If ever I left a voicemail she never failed to return my call. The company use an App which is really easy to use and details clearly what stage of the process you’re at and the progress of the sale. It’s also used to send messages directly to your designated solicitor and the team. I used the App to keep in regular contact with Jennifer, this proved invaluable to share urgent news with Jennifer, such as when my first sale failed. She was professional in approach and showed such empathy at my plight, offering much needed reassurance. She remained in contact during the sale of my current home and ensured it was as stress free as possible for me. I was so impressed at her attention to detail, her professionalism and excellent customer service that I have provided her details to a friend of mine who is selling his flat to assist him in his sale. I CANNOT fault this company they are brilliant and Jennifer -outstanding I am so very grateful to her for her help, advice, guidance and for being so wonderfully personable.
