I had an excellent experience with Rowlinsons Solicitors. As a first-time buyer I was quite nervous, but my solicitor, Sammy, and his assistant Chloe, guided me through every step with patience and professionalism. They were incredibly helpful, responsive, and made the whole process much easier than I expected.
I also really appreciated their digitalised system and app, which made communication and managing documents so simple and convenient. Their support, efficiency, and dedication truly stand out, and I would highly recommend Rowlinsons Solicitors to anyone looking for knowledgeable and caring legal assistance.
View this review on GoogleA massive thank you to Sammy and Chloe you were both fantastic, they both made buying of our house easy and stress free. Excellent value for money and so easy to use the app provided, the times I rang I was put through straight away and my questions answered. Highly recommended and a great choice you wont regret :-)
View this review on GoogleIf you are buying a house, do not use this firm. The level of service I received was abysmal. They offered no proactive assistance in the home-buying process and were completely unprofessional throughout.
It was shocking that I had to repeatedly prompt them for all necessary legal advice. It seems their standard procedure is to do the bare minimum and wait for the client to direct them, which is the exact opposite of what a solicitor is paid for.
I strongly suggest you find another solicitor to handle your affairs. Using this firm will only add unnecessary stress, delay, and frustration to an already complicated process. Consider yourself warned.
View this review on GoogleBuying a house is stressful and complicated but with Rowlinsons everything is easy and simple. They are very responsive and their app just makes things easier and quicker. Communications are made weekly and when I need to chase the seller they were on top of things and made sure everything was running on time. I have already recommended a few of my friends to use their services because they are the best. Thank you for all your help when I bought my house.
View this review on GoogleWe used Rowlinsons for our sale and onward purchase. Grace and her assistant Laura were both so patient and professional throughout. We are both delighted with the speed of the purchase of our new home and the prompt manner with which they responded to all our enquiries. Fantastic team! I would highly recommend their services.
