Really great service from Khadijah, who assisted me throughout the purchase of my new property. She was extremely helpful, professional and always kept me well informed at every stage of the process.
Any questions I had were dealt with promptly, which made what can be a stressful process feel much easier.
Mark was also fantastic with his communication during the early stages and made sure everything was explained clearly.
Overall, I’m really pleased with the service I received from the whole team. Everyone was friendly, professional and kept things moving smoothly from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services to anyone purchasing a property. Thank you to Khadijah and Mark for all your help!

She was always available and would respond within minutes if not. Throughout our house selling and buying ordeal she made it so easy to understand what was going on. Throughout the whole process Khadijah and RTH costs were the most value for money. We would whole heartedly recommend RTH and Khadijah to anyone needing legal services.

Mark started the ball rolling for us, he promptly gathered all our documentation, outlined the process, answered all our initial questions and generally assisted us throughout the transaction in a very friendly, helpful and efficient manner.
Khadijah handled the purchase of our property, we cannot fault her. She was really lovely, extremely proactive, very knowledgeable, highly responsive and kept us regularly updated every step of the way without any need to chase her. A truly refreshing change to the service we received from another solicitor at a different company for our sale a few months earlier.
Throughout the entire process with RTH we found everyone to be so professional yet easy to work with. We also sensed great teamwork - on a day that Khadijah was on leave, someone straight away stepped in to keep things moving to prevent any potential delays. We always felt really valued as customers, and we were not once fobbed off or ignored.
All round excellent service, second to none.

After 12 months the house is finally sold. I thoroughly recommend Khadijah Batal who is constant patience and steely determination finally won the battle to get the house sold.
