On each and every occasion Emma has been professional, efficient, and more importantly contactable resulting in matters progressing to successful conclusions on each occasion.
On the last transaction (recently completed) Emma represented us in selling our mother's house so she could move into a Care Home. Emma was very kind, patient, and understanding when dealing with our 94 year old mother.
The transaction was more complex than first appeared but Emma rose to the challenge; remaining calm and providing sensible, helpful advice which again resulted in a successful conclusion.
Ross Williams is no "conveyancing factory"; it is a helpful, friendly, efficient, and professional local firm of solicitors. I would have no hesitation in recommending them and if I ever need the services of a solicitor again this firm will be the first one I contact for assistance.

Sarah was very patient with me and took the time required to explain the process of my divorce through every stage.
