Ash and Amber made the sale of our late Mum’s house a smooth, fuss‑free experience. It wasn’t the most straightforward transaction, but their prompt, practical responses - and the way they kept all parties fully informed - made the whole process far less stressful than it might have been. Ash was always at the end of the phone when needed, and was keen to talk things through rather than send lengthy emails back and forth. I have no hesitation in recommending Rose & Rose’s excellent conveyancing team.
