The first one I opted for a cheap online conveyancing firm, this turned out to be stressful and painful. The last 2 transactions I have used Richardsons and there hasn't been any stress. Straight forward and uncomplicated. Excellent communication.

If people tell you that they are visiting it might be nice if you explain where your hidden building actually is and that you have parking.
