I cannot recommend Marjorie Creek and Richard Nelson LLP highly enough. Marjorie supported me through an incredibly difficult and prolonged period, and I will always be deeply grateful that I had her in my corner.
Her knowledge, experience and professional judgement were invaluable, but what made such a difference was the genuine compassion, kindness and reassurance she showed throughout. During a situation that was often extremely challenging, knowing that I could turn to Marjorie for clear advice, support and guidance gave me enormous reassurance.
She was always approachable, responsive and there when I needed her, acting promptly and professionally while never losing the human touch. I always felt that she genuinely cared about my situation and was committed to achieving the best possible outcome for me.

I did not expect to be in a position to need the advice I required but was so relieved to find Steve Roberts - an extremely competent, calm and personable solicitor who put me at my ease within minutes of speaking to him. View this review on GoogleI had a very disappointing experience with this law firm. The attorney who was handling my case failed to complete my paperwork even after I had fully paid all the agreed fees.
After we finalized everything from my side and I paid the full amount, my documents remained pending for an entire year. During that time, I repeatedly tried to contact her for updates, but she did not respond to my messages.
This lack of communication and delay caused me significant stress and inconvenience. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and accountability, especially after fulfilling all my financial obligations.
I hope the firm takes this matter seriously and improves its communication and commitment to clients.
