Their communication was excellent throughout, with prompt responses to emails and calls, clear explanations whenever needed, and regular updates that provided real reassurance during the process. No question was ever too much trouble, and they were always willing to take the time to help and provide guidance when needed as a new buyer.
What really stood out was their teamwork and dedication. It was clear that everyone involved genuinely cared about progressing the transaction smoothly and achieving the best possible outcome. Unfortunately, we had a very poor experience. Communication and response times were slow unless we discussed terminating the service, and we often felt our concerns were not properly understood or handled.
Our matter was largely handled by a trainee solicitor, and we did not feel confident in the level of experience or support available on the case.
As a result, we have decided to instruct another firm, which will cost us additional time and money. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this firm.

Not everyone at Rich & Carr works to the same standard and I have had some bad experiences on two out of four occasions, so I recommend asking for Arti if you want a high level of a professional service.
