Richard was excellent from start to finish. He was quick to respond, incredibly patient with my questions, and fully transparent about pricing and the documents needed. He even called me on a Saturday to keep things moving. Highly recommend.

I was told 2–3 months, it took 7 months, and the whole process was chaotic and poorly managed. At one point I was days away from losing my mortgage offer due to their delays, and even completion was left to the last minute because “missing documents” were only noticed very late.
Hannah, who handled my case, was rude and unhelpful throughout, which made an already stressful situation worse. Also, I had to change the boiler 1month after the purchase for her mistake.
I can write a lecture of what I’ve been through from this firm and the lady I mentioned.
If you want a smooth property purchase, go elsewhere. If you want stress and constant issues, this is the place!

View this review on GoogleIf I could give 0 stars I would they said i 100% had a case dragged it out for over a year then said no we not doing it absolutely horse .... I got videos and everything where staff at hospital was rude and purposefully left me with no food everyday for a week because they whwre ment to do surgery but nope and I was left 2 weeks with a broken ankle wich has caused nothing but me now unable to work or walk due to how long it took them to do but nope. Even my gp have said they took to long and should have sorted it I am now unable to work I am permanently unable to walk
View this review on GoogleI’ve had a very disappointing experience with Red Kite Solicitors. Over the course of 10 months, I was passed between three different people handling my case. Each time, I was charged for them to “familiarise themselves” with my file, which quickly added up to a considerable amount of money. Despite all that time and expense, there has been no real progress made on my matter.
I expected a professional and consistent service, but instead I feel like I’ve paid a lot for administrative handovers and very little actual work. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend Red Kite Solicitors based on my experience.
