We had an excellent experience with RG Legal Cardiff during the purchase of our new home.
From the beginning to completion, the team kept us informed throughout the conveyancing process and responded to our queries in a professional and timely manner. A special thanks to Charlotte and Tracey, who were always helpful, patient, and supportive. They explained each stage clearly and made what can often be a stressful process much easier.
Communication was prompt, and we were kept updated whenever there was progress. Even when we had some concerns regarding the property, they listened to us, provided guidance, and worked with all parties to help move the transaction forward smoothly.
