He says I had no case but I walked out of court with custody of the children after leaving a domestic abuse situation.
The guy has a basic knowledge of English and made the judge angry, was late for remote hearings and completely confused by proceedings.
I changed to “walker family law” who were absolutely fantastic, professional, dealt with things properly and got me custody of my children.
Avoid Queen’s Park at all costs.
Shoddy and childlike.
Absolutely useless. Got details of attendance requirements for court wrong on two occasions. Turned up to court late, ignored the judge on remote sessions while working on other cases on his computer. Rude, and arrogant. Accidentally copied me into emails meant for his assistant where he types out angrily in capital letters like a petulant teenager. He even gave as an explanation to why he didn’t answer a question “I have more important cases at the moment” as if him taking on too much work means my case should suffer.
If you have a family matter that needs to be dealt with avoid at all costs.

Magsino, qualified 3 weeks and clearly unsupervised, failed to tick the box for financial remedies against a multi-millionaire husband. QPS lacked basic knowledge about a divorce process, and a serious complaint has now been filed with the Legal Ombudsman against them. BEWARE!!
