The staff at PSR are great! Louise Lloyd was our conveyancer and she did an excellent job. Whenever we called the office, someone always answered the phone, and everyone was happy to answer any questions we had. We would highly recommend them if you are buying/selling a house, we would definitely use them again.
View this review on GoogleFrom the moment we asked about the conveyancing service to buy a house everything was attended to promptly and professionally. The main stand out feature was the communication. Timely replies, often same day and always with clear explanations. We had a couple of issues along the way but Toni and the PSR team helped us through and really went the extra mile to move things on. We would highly recommend PSR and the team in Ellesmere Port .
View this review on GoogleWhen an initially straight forward "no chain" house purchase turned into a bit of a nightmare we felt extremely lucky to have Toni and Wendy on our side. Their clear explanations and friendly advice to our many questions made us feel very well looked after. Extremely professional and diligent but also very approachable. I have no hesitation in highly recommending PSR.
