My dealings with Powell Eddison with regard to the sale of my house have been excellent and very professional in every way. Keeping in touch with me was very important and gave me peace of mind as to how my sale was going. My thanks go to both Elaine and Clare.
With my very best wishes.

View this review on GoogleMe and my wife are very happy with the services provided by Elaine and the rest of her team.
Communication was excellent and we constantly kept up to the date with progress of the purchase.
We would highly recommend using their services, and we will be using them again.
Great job and thank you again.
View this review on GoogleExceptional service from start to finish. Our conveyancer Dante was professional, efficient, and made a stressful process so much easier. Highly recommend to everyone.
View this review on GoogleMy wife and I have been clients of Powell Eddison since about 2002. Subsequently, there has been a new management which appears to have rejuvenated the office.
We first met Elaine two years ago when she presided over the sale of a flat we owned. The sale went through efficiently. We completed on the sale of another property last Friday. This conveyance was administered pleasantly, smoothly and efficiently by Elaine and Sayid.
We would be happy to do further business with Powell Eddison.

View this review on GoogleI decided to use Powell Eddison as they are a local company and as such it meant I could easily call in if needed. I asked them to deal with the sale of my mother’s house. I was very impressed every step of the way, after making initial contact all of the information including an estimate of costs was sent to me within a matter of hours. I was constantly kept up to date on the progress of the sale and even when Elaine was on leave there was someone there to answer my questions and keep me updated. I would happily recommend them and will use them again in the future, big thank you to Elaine for keeping me updated and making sure we got there in the end.
