The process takes a ridiculous amount of time and you rely on your conveyancer for the ultimate words of wisdom and diligence. Posada & Co , Delfin, Matteo and the team went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of through a long process that lasted 1 lost home before landing completion at our 2nd attempt. The calming assurance, attention to detail coupled with warmth and encouragement were essential for us to get through this process. This built INCREDIBLE TRUST, as we were happy for them to guide the ship however they saw fit, even when we had to deal with difficult solicitors and situations. We never had a doubt we would get there because we knew who was batting for us.
