Was recommended Perrin Myddelton by my mortgage advisor - initially quite put off by the price (as first time buyers who weren't sure what to expect), we decided to go ahead anyway and were not disappointed. Always quick to respond and answer any questions, Tiana and the team have been wonderful. Very much worth the price and will consider using again when the time comes!
View this review on GoogleHad the best experience working with the team at Perrin Myddelton, couldnt recommend them anymore. Tayaba has been such a pleasure to work with and I trusted her implicitly to get the job done, and she did! It wasn't an easy process but Tayaba showed resilience, determination and used all of her expertise to make sure we hit all the exchange/completion dates we wanted! Thank you so much for making this process stress free for me! Highly recommend!!
View this review on GoogleTayaba Mubarak was very helpful when selling my flat. Would recommend her and PM for their work in getting the sale done and over the line.
View this review on GoogleI had the pleasure of dealing with Claudia for my recent house sale having been recommended Perrin Myddelton by my estate agent. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough. She was always so quick to answer any questions I had and made the whole process simple and stress free. Both Claudia and Aleisha who dealt with my sale were so professional and an absolute credit to the firm. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
View this review on GoogleI’m really glad David handled my transaction. He was thorough with the details but kept things moving without making it complicated. It’s rare to find a solicitor who is this professional but also just helpful and easy to talk to. He definitely saved me a lot of stress.
