Concern was that a Neale Bell was taking all my private info, files, medical reports, and yet stopped responding to give acknowledgment or to proceed or not proceed. Perhaps they don't need me as a client but have the courtesy to say so, confirm receipts of sensitive files as they requested, and due to a sudden stop- no response from them I then emailed to request they permanently delete all files/records of me, but received automated email instead. So please DELETE my info you have on your records of me since you suddenly stopped to bother answering my questions. Thanks.

I’ve used Penmans solicitors a number of times in recent years and have found them to be extremely knowledgable and professional.
David Latham in particular has helped me with some particularly tricky legal work and his advice throughout has been sound. David was always clear and concise and very quick to respond to emails.
I would also like to acknowledge Shelley Dundee who also provided excellent service on one occasion.
Overall a great job and I would definitely recommend Penmans.

We were a little worried using a new firm at first, but Christie made the whole process smooth and stress free. Her communication was excellent and we are particularly impressed at how she continued to push and chase all parties to get completion over the line.
