I finally got round to formally writing up my Will earlier this year having spent years doing it myself ( Google!!) Alice at Pender Law was excellent. Very attentive, listened to my requirements and somewhat awkward family dynamics, researched some benefactor details and advised me on the best course of action. The whole process was quick and efficient and I would highly recommend.

They were always very quick to respond, and providing sound and consistent advice. The speed of access and availability of the staff made a real difference. If asked to say one thing about them it would be that other firms I have used seem to want to run up bills - this company doesn't and are honest and extremely professional and I would highly recommend them.
View this review on GooglePenderlaw discovered a significant legal problem with the deeds, which previous purchasers of the development were not aware of. This problem jeopardised the long term security of our ownership of the property which were purchasing. It required Penderlaw to negotiate with the Sellers solicitors to accept the need for a formalised Deed of Variation. Penderlaw were proactive, reassuring, informative and professional during the entire protracted process. We highly recommend Penderlaw.
