They took the time to explain every stage of the process and the implications of decisions being made, which made a huge difference during such a difficult period. What really stood out was the empathy and emotional support they showed throughout. I never felt like just another case, they genuinely cared and were always available when I needed reassurance or guidance.
The wider Pearson Hards team were also fantastic and it’s obvious they are passionate about the work they do and the people they help. As we live some distance from the property, their availability and timely communication were particularly valuable. They kept us fully informed at every stage, responded promptly to queries, and were always available to talk us through the paperwork. They took the time to clarify any points we were unsure about and ensured that all details were thoroughly checked and verified.
The process was much easier than we had anticipated, thanks in part to the electronic ID verification and document signing systems, which made everything straightforward and convenient. Emma initially explained all the process and options very clearly. Elena was very efficient and helped turn around things really fast when there were a few set backs with the consent order and then Emily made the process of transfer of equity and remortgage really smooth!
