I can’t recommend Pearson Caulfield and especially Suzanna highly enough. Throughout what turned into a far more complicated conveyancing process than expected, she was calm, professional, and incredibly proactive. She kept me updated at every stage, explained everything clearly, and worked tirelessly to push things forward when delays arose elsewhere.
Her patience, attention to detail, and determination genuinely made a stressful process far easier to manage. I always felt she had my best interests at heart and was one step ahead. Thanks to her hard work, we got the sale over the line.
