  Tanya was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. As first-time buyers, we had plenty of questions, but she always took the time to explain everything clearly and was available whenever we needed her.

  From our very first conversation, she was honest, straightforward and completely to the point about what she needed from us, which made the whole process feel far less stressful. She worked quickly, kept everything moving and got the purchase completed without any unnecessary delays.

  I instructed Tanya to deal with both the sale of my leasehold flat and the purchase of my freehold property last year. I was very nervous about the sale of my leasehold property initially because the freeholder of the building is notoriously difficult to deal with but Tanya was extremely diligent in dealing with them and managing to get the sale over the line. Along with this the purchase of my freehold property was completed both rapidly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Tanya and her team for any conveyancing needs and will definitely use her again in future when needed!
