I remember the first appointment I had with Melanie and at the end of the app I knew that’s who I wanted representing me. Melanie was honest, knowledgeable to another level, told me straight away about other payment options as that can always be a worry for a lot of people, give me the most amazing advice and made me feel 100 times better.
