Very pleased with the service from Palmers Solicitors — a genuinely personal approach throughout. Shihan Nagoor prepared all our documents efficiently and helped renegotiate the deposit after our price changed following the survey. He was always quick to respond whenever I had questions, and made himself available at short notice so I could sign documents before we went away on holiday.
Laura Minardi supported the process well too, staying on top of our survey enquiries and chasing the other side when additional items were flagged.
The whole team pulled together to manage a tight completion timeline, even coordinating our exchange remotely while we were away on holiday.

The whole Team is very professional, whilst Arun guided us at all the time, making the specific jargon easy to understand, and also ensuring our ideas where "translated" into actionable facts. Likewise, their fees are fair for the service and time you receive. Fun fact - their lovely Betty (pet office) keeps you calm and in best company whilst waiting to be seen. I will 100% recommend to family and friends!
