I cannot recommend Ann Ashcroft highly enough. Ann was absolutely brilliant throughout the entire conveyancing process.
She was professional, patient and incredibly helpful from start to finish, always keeping me informed and responding to any questions or concerns I had along the way.
Buying and selling property can be a stressful process, but having Ann handling everything gave me complete confidence that things were being dealt with properly. Her communication was excellent and nothing ever seemed too much trouble.
A huge thank you to Ann Ashcroft for all her hard work and support. If I ever need a solicitor again in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to use her services again.

From day one Katie Roper has been the epitome of polite, efficient, empathic professionalism. Guiding my late partner's daughter and myself through dealing with all the legalities of honouring the will and wishes of the deceased along with all the issues of tax and probate on her estate. Her pleasant demeanour and professional enthusiasm has served to relieve a lot of the stress of going through all this when you are at your lowest ebb. We have been kept up to date with progress on all fronts throughout. At a time when you feel so vulnerable Katie has provided us with the strength to navigate through the most tragic of times. Both my step daughter and I would not hesitate to use PHH in the future and we would both recommend them to anyone who wants a truly professional job done.

View this review on GoogleAwful service from Jennifer and Peter, wouldn’t recommend PHH to anyone. They rushed paperwork making multiple mistakes and left us in a very costly mess.
UPDATE: not sure why a response from PHH claims my complaint was not upheld when I have emails from Peter the complaints manager where he admitted wrongdoing.
