Osbornes Law is a fantastic firm. I would particularly like to thank Andreea Petrache, who was outstanding throughout the entire process. She demonstrated genuine compassion, kept me informed at every stage, and explained everything clearly and professionally. She is a real asset to the firm and I am grateful I had her as my solicitor.
View this review on GoogleWe had excellent meetings with Julia Lind Kenward. She was very patient and helpful throughout. All the meetings were very efficient and our experience was very positive. We will recommend Osbornes Solicitors to our friends and family.
View this review on GoogleI worked with Magda on my personal injury claim, and I’m extremely happy with her service. From the very beginning, she was professional, approachable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. She kept me informed throughout the process and always made sure I understood my options. I felt well-supported and confident in her expertise the entire time. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, caring injury lawyer, I highly recommend Magda.

I instructed Osbornes Law in a family case, followed the advice I was given on video calls, and lost. The solicitor who handled my case, Bridget, was the worst I have ever dealt with — in my experience dismissive of my concerns and impossible to get answers from. When I raised my concerns in writing in August 2025, it took her nearly six months to reply, and even then she never addressed what I actually asked. I would never let her handle anything for me again.
When I made a formal complaint, partner Andrew Watson dismissed every part of it, claiming there was "no evidence of incorrect advice on the file." So I asked for the recordings of the video calls where the advice was given. His answer, in writing: the firm does not record video calls and has no transcripts. In other words, the firm investigated itself using a file that cannot contain the very advice I complained about — and called that "no evidence." When I asked him to point to a single document recording the advice from those calls, he refused to answer and told me he would "not be engaging in further correspondence." That is what this firm's complaints process looks like from the client's side: deny, then go silent.
And while my complaint was still open, the firm — via Steven Peachey — sent me a Letter Before Action threatening court proceedings, extra costs, interest, and damage to my credit rating over their fees. I never refused to pay a penny. Threatening with court and her credit rating while refusing to answer her questions tells you everything about where this firm's priorities lie.
Losing my case after relying on their advice, then being pursued like a debtor for the privilege, has put me and my child under real emotional strain. The matter is now with the Legal Ombudsman and the firm's regulator, the SRA. If you are a vulnerable client, or you simply expect straight answers from people you are paying, look elsewhere.
View this review on GoogleOsbornes Law has been one of the few law firms that have provided great legal advice and service for my claim. I was impressed that Osbornes were voted by The Times as Best Law firm in 2023 way back when I was searching for a reliable law firm that offered specialised representation for personal injury cases.
My case worker was Megan Lambert who gave me the best service I could have asked for because her communication whether verbal or written has always been clear and concise, which increased my confidence to continue with the required effort throughout the time we worked together. Her work ethic and integrity is of a high standard and I felt she listened well, made considerate judgement and provided clarity whenever requested.
I would definitely recommended Osbornes Law and have since sought their legal advice since my case was settled.
