We choose Ormrods in Cleveleys for our conveyancing, a house sale and purchase. Gill and her assistant Janet kept us updated throughout the process and in our situation it wasn’t a straightforward process. They are both efficient and friendly and go the extra mile to get everything lined up for completion. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Ormrods simultaneously dealt with the sale of my old property and the purchase of my new house.
Emma Speak was brilliant throughout, keeping me updated when required and explaining the process as things happened. Emma even dealt with the results of my new home survey whilst I was away on holiday, highlighting areas of concern to the sellers and ensuring these issues were dealt with in my absence.
Of particular mention is Daisy Court who was just incredible throughout. I’m sure everybody going through the house buying/selling process knows the stress levels involved and despite at times feeling like I was bombarding Daisy with questions, she was always incredibly polite, professional and answered all my questions promptly. She was absolutely fantastic and a pleasure to deal with.
I would happily recommend Ormrods to anyone requiring conveyancing services.

I've sent two emails over four days and they haven't even responded , not even a courteous "received email, we will get in touch" , no nil, how rude ignorant unprofessional and discourteous.. Just nothing . and the usual defense from organisations is we're very busy we've got staff off we've got this we've got that the end of the day taking four days respond to an email, you know Ormerod, forget it .. I can send the Pigeon faster . Communication this bad ... I wouldn't bother with them . Neighbours public and readers ...you've been warned
