We instructed ORJ to act on our behalf for the purchase of our first home, and the service was fantastic from start to finish. We especially appreciated how responsive and proactive Louise and Kimberley were throughout the entire process. They kept us updated at every stage, making everything feel smooth and stress‑free. It genuinely felt like a well‑oiled machine, with every part moving in parallel and no delays. We were ready to complete just seven weeks after our offer was accepted. We would highly recommend ORJ, with a particular shout‑out to Louise and Kimberley for their outstanding support.

I entered with trepidation as it was my first house purchase and I was on my own not to mention my previous attempt with a different solicitor company had fallen through and wasn’t pleasant at all however I need not have worried whatsoever. It was an excellent competitive price and Lili and Louise kept in touch with me from start to finish either via phone or email and were very diligent in their work. Very professional and could not recommend more. Indeed a family member has also completed with them after my recommendation. Eternally grateful for all their efforts.

Throughout the process they were attentive, responsive and proactive, putting us as ease during a stressful period of time. Wendy and Maddie pushed when required to get our sale completed and their communication through the process was excellent.
