I had a very complex sale of a property and Emma Greenwood was absolutely fantastic every step of the way. Emma also helped us to purchase a new home and was super responsive and attentive the whole way through. Couldn't recommend highly enough!
View this review on GoogleEmma handled the sale of our family home and from the start Emma was very friendly and professional. Cannot fault anything.
Our sale took a few months to reach completion but our estate agents stressed how hard Emma was working behind the scenes to find out what the hold up was on the buyers end and to get that completion date set. They also said Emma was one of the best solicitors that they had dealt with.
Will definitely use Emma and OSG again in the future.
Thank you!!
View this review on GoogleI used Oglethorpe, Sturton and Gillibrand Solicitors for purchasing an additional property. Emma Greenwood was my solicitor and she was absolutely fantastic. I couldn't recommend her enough to anybody. She was really fast with replies and very prompt with everything, making sure I understood all the documents and no limit on the amount of questions. Will definitely be using her again. All the reception staff were also really pleasent as well.
View this review on GoogleEmma Greenwood at OSG dealt with the sale of our property in Bolton le Sands during 2026. The work was carried out very professionally and efficiently and Emma was very responsive and contactable. I would have no hesitation in using them for conveyancing in the future. At what can be a stressful time, having a specific person to deal with who can easily be contacted makes a big difference.
View this review on GoogleI have been using OSG for years and they have always satisfied me with very high standard quality of services. This time again, Emma Greenwood has done a great job helping me mother to sell her house. Emma was very pleasant to work with. She was very professional, efficient and responsive. I highly recommend Emma Greenwood without reservation!
