View this review on GoogleWe've been trying to liase with ODT Solicitors since November 2025. Unfortunately after the best part of 15 emails and 10+ phone calls, we've not had any response. Appalling service from an organisation that should be holding themselves to a higher standard. Our complaint also wasn't acknowledged within the 5 working days their complaints procedure states they commit to. Avoid at all costs.

He was extremely competent and highly professional at all times, as well as being friendly and human.
He always returned telephone calls and e mails promptly, and answered my questions and gave good advice when needed.
I am now enjoying my new home, in no small part due to his expertise and diligence. Go Jack!

We dealt primarily with Jack Wingrove who is absolutely brilliant. Meticulous, highly competent, communicative and above all really personable. Qualities which make all the difference to a stressful, time sensitive and complicated situation. For the amount of hours of work Jack put in, we were happy to pay what we felt were very reasonable fees. Cannot recommend Jack and ODT enough!
