Handled our house sale quickly and promptly. However the speed in which they acted caused a significant error on their behalf. They did not complete their checks to ensure the house sale was completed correctly. Unfortunately they were not able to acknowledge their mistake which led to a great deal of stress. Having sought advice from a probate solicitor, they advised us to complain to the Solicitors Regulation Authority. Be careful choosing this firm as they may miss important details.

Sammi and Luke were professional, efficient, and always kept us informed at every stage. Communication was clear and timely, which made the whole process so much less stressful. Sammi answered every single question we had and was so lovely.
What really impressed us how was quickly they handled everything and made sure there were no delays, we completed, even with our first sale falling through, in such a short time frame just in time to spend Christmas in our dream home! Compared to our first experience with other firms recommended by previous mortgage brokers, this was by far the smoothest and most reassuring process we’ve had.
If you’re looking for local solicitors who genuinely care and make moving hassle-free, we highly recommend Nyland and Beattie and would choose them ten times over!
View this review on GoogleOne of the greatest error of my life to choose them dealing with a house bought on auction!send them everything needed, funds,bank statements, I'd checks, to let me down saying they are not satisfied with 8 days before the dead time!made me lost around 20k the deposit that is non refundable!hope you will lose 10x and see you in court!don't choose them,they are slow,replying sometimes after 2 days,they don't understand most of the time plus I think they don't know what they are doing!
