Choosing a solicitor for conveyancing can be surprisingly overwhelming. There are plenty of online firms that may seem cheaper, but I found that transparency was often lacking, you were not always dealing with the same person, and it was not always clear how issues would be handled if matters became more complex.
Salman stood out for being honest, straightforward and easy to deal with from the beginning. He was always available to answer questions, even the simple ones, and brought a sense of clarity and calm to the process. His quote was fair, and there were no unexpected costs.
I also appreciated that the team was local to the area where I was selling, which made the whole experience feel more grounded and personal. I would definitely recommend him.
