They were incredibly responsive, always quick to reply, clear in their communication and happy to answer every question (which is almost unheard of!). They really fought our corner throughout both the sale and purchase, and did it all with a human touch. Everything was explained in plain English, which made the whole process feel much less daunting. On top of all that, their fees were very reasonable for the level of service we received. Just very good people who genuinely care! We’d highly recommend them.
View this review on GoogleThe job they were given to do was to sell my mother's house and buy a retirement apartment in 2 weeks! This seemed an impossible task to me but Heather and her team, in a very calm and reassuring way, completed the task seemingly with ease. Although the process was hectic for us communication from Heather was always timely and calmly delivered by a woman who clearly knows what she is doing. I am bowled over by the service we have received and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.
We have since had advice on matters concerning my late father's will and again the team answered our questions and came up with sensible solutions in the same calm and professional manner.
Finally their fees were very reasonable, particularly as it was a tricky task given the time frame.
