I have paid 6000 pounds on account in July 2025, to date the letters of claim promised are not ready despite numerous emails chasing this matter. Counsel now says the letters are unsatisfactory, yet instead of rectifying your own mistakes you have again asked me for a further 6000 pounds, this is simply unacceptable.

I was offered a consultation that lasted 30 minutes & was completely free. Mr Islam Salmaan offered me a thorough explanation of my situation from a legal point of view. He covered all aspects of the case. He gave time for questions on my side. He clearly explained the fee structure. He was also empathetic & supportive. There was no pressure to make an instant decision. After the consultation, he also sent me a comprehensive list of points discussed. At the moment, I have decided not to pursue the legal route but if I were to pursue it, I would definitely consider them.

I had a consultation with Mr. Salmaan Islam, who was very professional and provided excellent advice. He clearly outlined possible scenarios in case I decide to take my case to court. After our telephone consultation, he sent me an email summarizing all the details we discussed, which allowed me to consider my options and use his advice to address my problem. I hope I won't need legal services again, but if I do, I will definitely consider his services as my first choice. Thank you!

After giving me time to tell him about the issue, he was very clear in his explanation of my options, the risk/benefit of each one, and about the possible costs involved. At no time did he pressure me into making an immediate decision on what to do, giving me time to think about all the new information and decide what path to take.
