This law firm's gross negligence and utter lack of professionalism put my entire asylum case in severe jeopardy, particularly Louise Fenny, who left me in a state of constant anxiety for 15 months. Under her management, my file was ruined with fatal spelling mistakes and incorrect data, compounded by her complete failure to submit my crucial evidence to the Home Office. Instead of helping me, their incompetence almost destroyed my future.
• The worst place to waste your time and risk your asylum case.

After I opened the fresh claim and got my test, your mistakes always came back as a point of rejection. Finally, the Ministry of Interior asked me to leave this country and return to my country. While my life is in danger in my own country. Now they come and say sorry, we are sorry for you. does this cure my pain???

First and foremost, I want to express my sincere gratitude to Louise Fenny, Megan Farhim, and all my colleagues at NLS Solicitors. They provided their professional support throughout my Asylum journey, which later led to my indefinite leave to remain in April 2025. I first met Louise Fenny and Megan in 2012 at BASWO Refugee when I applied for Asylum application. I finally obtained my visa in 2019 during the COVID-19 pandemic. Louise expertly handled all my applications, even when things got difficult, especially after I was arrested and faced the threat of deportation back to Nigeria.
