  My experience with this solicitor’s firm was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend them based on my personal experience.

  I found the service to be very unprofessional. In my experience, Dimitar was rude and unprofessional in his dealings with me, and I was given information that I believe was incorrect, which caused me significant concern and could have had serious consequences for my case.

  I also found it very difficult to speak to Mr Osman to raise my concerns about the conduct of staff. Despite repeated attempts to make a complaint, I was unable to get hold of him or receive a satisfactory response.

  Another issue was the fees. I believe I was charged more than what had originally been agreed, and it appeared that additional charges were being added without a clear explanation. I intend to take this matter further if it cannot be resolved.

  I was also unhappy with the preparation of my court documents. Important information that I had provided was omitted from my statement, and the statement was submitted after the court deadline. In my view, this demonstrated a lack of care, attention to detail, and professionalism.

  Overall, my experience with this firm was extremely poor. Based on what happened in my case, I would not use their services again or recommend them to anyone. My experience has led me to question the positive reviews I had previously seen, as they did not reflect the service I personally received.

  Newman Law Solicitors handled my case with proper care and clear advice throughout. Their calm, practical approach made a stressful situation far easier to manage. Excellent service, and I’d happily recommend them to anyone needing sound legal support.

  I used Newman Law for selling and purchasing a house and can say that Sultan and Mohammed who dealt with my case were great and I would recommend this company to anyone. They were excellent with communication and very proactive in chasing the other solicitors. We experienced last minute pull outs on both sales and purchase sides and the whole process took many months but Newman were very helpful and professional throughout. Their documentation and search reports were also very detailed and easy to understand. I would highly recommend them.

  Newman Law handled the sale of my property and the process was seamless and stress free. Sultan managed the minutiae of the sale for me and I found him excellent. He sent documents and requests for information promptly and appeared to act in my best interests all the time. Any query I sent (mostly via e-mail) was responded to that same day if not within an hour. I did not need to call Sultan as I was kept up to date on progress via mail, but he did call me on a number of occasions to ensure I was happy with certain aspects of the sale.

  I have retained Newman Law to act on my behalf on my next purchase and so far the service has been excellent and exactly what I expected.

  We can't recommend Mohammed, Sultan and the team at Newman Law enough! They dealt with the conveyancing for the sale of our property and purchase of a new one. They were always available and quick to respond to any question we had, via phone or email.

  Completely professional and efficient in what they do. We won't hesitate in using them again next time we need to!
