Inconsistent, unreachable most of the time, not very helpful, seem to listen but avoids the facts, I feel failed, not for one second felt represented or defended by Nelson’s, it feels like minimal effort has been made in my family case with the Local Authorities. It’s clear from evidence that the LA have committed perjury but still I lose my battle and my Children for being unapologetically honest. Minimal Information, very little help and advice, confusing emails, verbal communication is very rare, causing me to overanalyse and worry, effecting my thoughts and feelings. Making the whole situation worse when I didn’t think it could be any worse.
Probably because it’s a legal aid case. Disappointed isn’t the right word.
Guaranteed this would have been a completely different ball game if I was a paying client £££££££££
View this review on GoogleIn my experience, the invoicing was not clear and included charges for emails and work that I could not identify. I asked for the invoice to be reviewed and it was subsequently amended. Had I not checked it carefully, I would have been charged around £700 more than expected.
I felt this should have been picked up earlier during the billing process, which would have saved time and stress. Based on my experience, I would recommend carefully reviewing invoices or considering other legal options.
View this review on GoogleI recently needed the services of a Personal Injury Solicitor, unfortunately the first Solicitors employed gave very poor service and failed to communicate in a timely manner with little empathy or understanding.
Nelsons Solicitors and Hannah Manewell then took over my claim and the difference was immediate, with a professional caring approach from Hannah who took time to read and understand the claim, giving regular updates and excellent communication, leading to a successful conclusion to my claim.
If I need a Solicitor, I would highly recommend Hannah Manewell , not only for her professional knowledge and skills, but also for her caring approach and exceptional communication skills.
