I have been disappointed with the wills and probate legal advice services provided by Foley & Co Solicitors. They have been woefully slow in responding to emails and calls which has caused significant delays and impacted on a number of people's health and wellbeing. I'm still waiting to close out a matter which has unnecessarily lasted 6 years due in large part to the unresponsiveness of Foley.

View this review on GoogleAbsolutely shocking service if I could give 0 starts I would. Holly from the estate agents downstairs did all the legwork that should be the solicitors job.
We would speak to Holly to discover our sellers or buyer have been waiting for something for 7/10/14 days, for us to then ring solicitor and find out this is the first he's heard of it. Everything moved at a snails pace and that's not an exaggeration.
Multiple phone calls every month to only speak to Matthew when it was good news, towards completion. The is no personal touch you would expect, just felt like a firm that constantly had too much work on hand.
Sad to say I have had much better and personal experiences using larger firms (Hek Jones / Huw James) who have more capable staff able to cover each others work, have more competent aids who can chase progress accurately and keep you in the loop weekly and are just as competitive price wise.
