Sarah Turner handled the sale of our grade 2 listed church building efficiently, effectively and in an attentive and personal way. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us gain absolute ownership status which way key to the sale. We would definitely use Sarah again if and when we find ourselves in a similar situation - well done Sarah!
View this review on GoogleI was recommended Angela by a friend for my house purchase and she was fantastic. So efficient, all my emails and calls were answered promptly (usually within 24 hours). She kept me constantly updated, she took the estate agents and seller's solicitors to task when there were delays, and she was even the one to call me on completion day to let me know that the keys had been handed over, and that I should get on to the estate agents if I hadn't heard from them yet (which I hadn't)! Honestly can't recommend her enough and will definitely be contacting NRG Law the next time I need to sell/buy a house. Thanks Angela!

Great communication and efficiency, she was ahead thinking of potential withdraws and advised me on the best approach, which saved time and money. I didn't understand half of the process of buying a house and she took the time to explain (sometimes repetively) anything I was not familiar with. The price is quite comprehensive and the service is simply superb. 100% recommended. Can't thank her enough

Being a senior and out of the property market for 14 years, I (optimistically), thought the process would be as fast as I remembered it! It wasn't... as it involved a Listed Building,TWO bureaucratic Housing Associations and generalists, not conveyancing specialists. Recommended to me by a friend from her own positive sale, Sarah has enormous knowledge and experience. She is an excellent communicator and I appreciated her rapid and consistent follow-up with all parties. Like the calm 'hub of the wheel', Sarah kept everything in the process moving, when others bogged it down in the mud! She was also kind and supportive to this neurotic client, who was terrified of losing the property she had so painstakingly found!
I had researched LRG Law upfront and, from my experience, feel that Sarah epitomises its values. Her effectivesness meant that my sale and purchase settled on the same day.... and in a more timely fashion than I had dared to hope. Thank you, Sarah.

Angela Dunlop has worked tirelessly to set up a leasehold as it was its first sale and smooth out the often fraught dynamics between the various stakeholders. I have received important emails out of hours, when necessary and spoken to Angela at the various pertinent points. She is always extremely professional, but also very clear and straight forwards, which is refreshing. This is the second sale Angela has completed for me and I couldn't recommend her more highly.
