It wasn't a straightforward sale, with many complications and delays introduced by the buyers' solictor, but Lisa Clements, the case handler from NTR, was amazing. She established great communications with all parties and handled the process with professionalism, patience and, acumen, and succeeded in getting the sale across the line.
