I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with this firm.
I raised serious concerns regarding correspondence sent in relation to me and submitted a formal complaint. In my view, the issues I raised were not addressed, and I did not receive a satisfactory response to the substance of my complaint.
As a result, I escalated the matter to the Solicitors Regulation Authority and the Legal Ombudsman. As those processes exist to consider complaints, I will not comment further on the underlying dispute.
Based on my experience, I found the firm's complaint handling disappointing and would not recommend their services.

Stephen is a very pro active solicitor who actively chases all parties and handled both cases flawlessly.
Will be back again in the near future on my next commercial venture.

View this review on GoogleNapthens were used for a property purchase and, honestly, it felt like they were actively trying to not get the sale through. Progress was painfully slow, and communication was practically non-existent. At times, I wondered if they were waiting for the mortgage offer to expire just for fun.
A quick look at other reviews shows I’m not alone - seems to be a bit of a theme. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend. Unless, of course, you enjoy suspense and radio silence.
