Her diligence and capability have allowed me as much confidence and peace as is possible during what has turned out to be an incredibly complicated situation that she took over for us from another law firm. I can't recommend her highly enough.

View this review on GoogleNalders recently dealt with my house sale and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Both Sam and Beth were fantastic (and patient); the sale went through in pretty much 2 months to the day. The communication was always friendly and helpful; especially explaining the legal jargon that I didn’t understand! My emails were responded to really quickly and the reception staff were helpful too. I really liked that my fees were fixed (apart from a few extra things that I needed), as this helped me stay on top of my finances. Thank you for making something pretty stressful pretty much stress free!

Selling a house in Hampshire and buying one in Cornwall, literally just as lockdown was announced in March 2020, was the most complicated and stressful process that stretched to 7 months (due to sellers in chain shielding, purchases falling through etc) but Nalders were always a reassuring voice and Ines and Cathy in the Truro office went above and beyond during the entire time. Thoroughly recommend.

She was available to speak to, responded to emails promptly and alleviated the stress associated with a house sale. Totally changed our negative perception of solicitors.
