We have recently worked with Zoe for the purchase of a new property and sale of ours which was far from simple. Zoe has been beyond fantastic throughout the entire process. She has navigated the complexities with ease, keeping us informed with regular communication and always kept our best interests at the centre of all decision making. She genuinely has been absolutely brilliant and I could not recommend her services highly enough.

View this review on GoogleOverall, my property purchase experience has been extremely disappointing. The process was disorganized, communication was poor, and I felt consistently neglected and misinformed. I regret using this firm and cannot recommend their services based on the level of professionalism I encountered.
View this review on GoogleOur estate agent recommended Zoe Parkes to us once our offer was accepted. Even when Zoe switched to a new company after her previous one closed down, we stuck with her because she was so helpful during our house purchase. She was always quick to respond to our questions and kept things moving smoothly. Now, thanks to her, we're happily settled in our first home. We highly recommend Zoe and wouldn't hesitate to work with her again. Thanks again, Zoe!
View this review on GoogleHow can I describe Zoe? She is an absolute angel, and I recommend absolutely anyone to work with her. I have worked with various solicitors in the past and all have been lacking in communication, consistency and support. Zoe brings all of this and more. What a lovely human and great professional. Excellent firm and truly, great service.
