They wasted a lot of time doing nothing, responses and follow ups were minimal. Over a year later, of them doing nothing, they then told me I had ran out of time and provided no further explanation. Just dropped my case without any further contact. Look elsewhere as they’re time wasters and they’ll essentially make you lose your case.
